Having trouble listening to us?
1: Browsers we support
If you are having trouble listening to us it may be that you are using an outdated browser. We support Firefox, Chrome and Safari as well as Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer versions 8 or higher. Please ensure that your browser is up to date.
2: Refresh the popup player
When you listen to us online, the audio plays in a popup player. It may be that your browser has not received the latest version of this popup. When the popup appears, click inside it with your mouse. If you using a Windows PC; press and hold the ‘Ctrl’ key and press ‘F5’. If you are using a Mac; press and hold the ‘Apple’ or ‘Command’ key and press ‘R’.
If the audio is not playing and the popup does not appear, it may be that you are using an ad blocking tool and it is stopping the popup from appearing. If you are using Firefox or Chrome with Adblock Plus, it may be that the audio is being blocked. To listen to the audio simply click on the red Adblock Plus icon in the top right of the window and click ‘Enabled on this site’ for Chrome or ‘Disable on amazingradio.com’ if you are using Firefox. After refreshing the page, the audio should now be available play.
3: Clear your browser cache
Your browser needs the latest files from our website to work correctly. In order to ensure that your browser has the latest files, you can remove the files which your browser may have saved in the past by clearing your cache. The method for clearing your cache is different depending on which browser you are using. Choose your browser from the following list: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9,10 and 11.
4: Still having trouble listening?
You can listen to the stream directly using the following URL (you can use this in your web browser or in a media player of your choice, such as VLC Media Player): http://stream.amazingradio.com:8000/stream.mp3.
